Healthy Diet - Avoid JUNK FOODS

Intake of Healthy Diet is must

Now a days we see in our surroundings  that the intake of Junk Foods and Fatty Foods and Oily Foods are playing their hilarious role in our daily life. Every person now a days give more importance to the junk foods rather than the vegetables and fruits. Burgers and noodles are basicalllly the famous food among the children which can harmm their health very badly but sometimes these foods helps to remove hilarious hunger. The people dont know wat they have to eat and how to eat , people dont know how to live our life and how to makes our health fit. They are destryoing their life by eating these fatty foods and junk foods.
Every person is supposed to take healthy diet in their life. Healthy diet dosent means that one can start eating salads and all  that basically healthy diet means 

1. Avoid Junk Oily and Fatty foods.
2. Avoid drugs and cegerets.
3. Start eating vegetables and fruits.
4. Avoid wine and all alocohols.
5. Drinking of water as much as u can.
6. Intake of light dinner should be there.
7. Start eating wheats and cereals.
8. Lesser the amount of salt and sugar.
9.Proper meal should be there.
10. At last but not least ,in breakfast and lunch and dinner the meal should be healthy.
